Azerbaijan Relocates 90 Families to Aghdam, Families Receive House Keys

Aghdam: Another resettlement to Aghdam took place today, APA's Karabakh bureau reports. In this phase, keys to their new apartments were presented to 90 families consisting of 346 people who moved to the city of Aghdam. Representatives of the Special Representative Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the districts of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of Azerbaijan, participated in the ceremony.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the next resettlement convoy has arrived in the city of Aghdam. The relocation of 90 families, totaling 346 people, marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to resettle individuals in areas liberated from occupation. This initiative is part of the Great Return plan, following the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev.

Those moving to Aghdam are families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. Residents returning to their native homeland expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive care provided by the state. They also expressed their gratitude to the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the country's lands from occupation, and prayed for mercy upon the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
