Azerbaijan Sees 3.3 Billion Manat Surplus in 2025 Consolidated Budget

Baku: Azerbaijan's consolidated budget for the year 2025 is projected to have a surplus of 3.3 billion manats. The consolidated budget revenues are reported to be 47 billion 955.1 million manats, with expenditures totaling 44,651.9 million manats.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance has detailed the revenue and expenditure components of the consolidated budget. The State Social Protection Fund's budget, a key component, recorded revenues of 8,088.7 million manats and expenditures of 7,518.2 million manats. Additionally, the budget of the Unemployment Insurance Fund reported revenues of 242.3 million manats and expenditures of 213.3 million manats.

The Mandatory Health Insurance Fund's budget showed revenues of 2,006.0 million manats against expenditures of 2,418.0 million manats. The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a significant contributor, posted revenues of 17,169.2 million manats, with expenditures reaching 14,586.5 million manats.

Moreover, the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic recorded revenues of 451.0 million manats and expenditures of 445.6 million manats during the same period.
