Baku: Azerbaijan has dispatched a shipment of generators and energy equipment to Ukraine, as announced by Yuriy Husyev, Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan, in a social media post, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the humanitarian aid package includes 17 generators, four power stations, and various other energy-related equipment. This equipment was donated to the Ukrainian embassy by Azerbaijani citizens and several organizations.

The ambassador expressed his gratitude towards the Azerbaijani government, organizations, and citizens for their ongoing support for Ukraine. He highlighted the importance of this aid in helping Ukraine manage its energy needs. Additionally, the Azerbaijani state has been consistently providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, particularly focusing on electricity supply.
