Yerevan: The chapter of war between Armenia and Azerbaijan has already been closed, stated Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan in an interview with Factor TV.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Simonyan expressed optimism that unless there are any significant incidents, the chapter of conflict will not be reopened. "If no sharp incidents occur, I believe we will not reopen this chapter. I consider this chapter closed," Simonyan commented.
