OUAGADOUGOU — Azerbaijan is preparing to host approximately 80,000 guests for the COP29 climate summit, with the capacity to accommodate around 40,000 visitors per day.

Speaking in an interview with Anadolu Agency, as reported by APA, Sultanov detailed the logistics of managing the influx of guests, noting that visitors will arrive and depart at different times throughout the summit. The event, which underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to global environmental initiatives, is expected to be one of the largest international gatherings hosted by the country.
