Baku:A delegation from the DOST Digital Innovations Center, part of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, participated in the 'IESE Conference 2026,' an event organized by the UK-based IESE - The Public Sector Transformation Partner.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, during the 'Digital and Data' session of the conference, the DOST Digital Innovations Center highlighted Azerbaijan's advancements in digital transformation within the social security sector.

The presentation detailed the Ministry's centralized electronic information system, the inter-agency data exchange in the social sector, the 'mygov' portal, and other digital solutions aimed at data integration and service digitalization.

Additionally, the discussion emphasized the interaction between various information systems in social security, centralized data management, and the impact of these technologies on enhancing the quality of services available to citizens.
