Hadrut: A media tour was organized to the Hadrut settlement in the Khojavend district, as reported by APA. The press secretary of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, Leyla Sarabi, informed journalists about the ongoing large-scale landscaping and construction projects in the Hadrut settlement.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, significant infrastructure developments have been made, including the operation of the Hadrut junction substation and Digital Management Center, a new military unit, and the Fuzuli-Hadrut highway, which spans a total of 12.5 kilometers. Additionally, a transformer station has been constructed, existing power lines have been restored, eight water reservoirs have been repaired, and new water, sewage, and gas lines have been installed. Repair work on the internal roads of the settlement has also been completed. Essential social infrastructure, such as a hotel, trade, and public catering facilities, has been established in the settlement.

It was highlighted that there are 541 houses in the Hadrut settlement, with 462 deemed uninhabitable and 79 partially habitable. Of these, 10 houses are currently ready for use, and all partially habitable houses are set to be restored by the end of the year. Presently, 10 families, comprising a total of 41 individuals, have returned to their ancestral homeland, Hadrut.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a visit to the Hadrut settlement in the Khojavend district on September 14.
