Azerbaijan-Turkiye Business Relations Strengthened Through Zangezur Corridor

Baku: Aziz zdemir, the head of the Turkish company "ROGI-Ahsap," has announced plans to transport cargo for their projects in Azerbaijan via the Zangezur corridor. The company has been actively involved in various projects across Azerbaijan, providing interior design and furniture for hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, and offices in cities like Baku and Shusha. With extensive restoration and construction work currently underway in the liberated region of Karabakh, the company is receiving numerous orders.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, zdemir highlighted the strong relationship between Azerbaijan and Turkiye, attributing it to the friendship between the nations and their leaders. This relationship opens up significant opportunities for business collaborations. Azerbaijan's economic strength not only facilitates cooperation with Turkiye but also with other countries globally. Currently, Azerbaijan and Turkiye are working on global economic initiatives, such as the Middle Corridor and the Zangezur corridor, which aim to enhance transport, transit, and logistics connections.

zdemir emphasized the importance of timely operations in today's global business environment. The Middle Corridor is set to reduce cargo delivery times from Asia to Europe from 20 days to just 10, offering both faster deliveries and lower transportation costs.

The company plans to establish its primary transport link with Azerbaijan through the Zangezur corridor. zdemir mentioned that once operational, all logistics for their Azerbaijani projects will be routed through this corridor.
