Baku:Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of 'AzerGold' CJSC, recently held a meeting with Togrul Khalilov, winner of the 5th 'Yks?lis' competition. This meeting was part of the competition's Mentorship Program.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, The primary focus of the meeting was on defining personal development priorities, with Togrul Khalilov presenting his Personal Development Plan. The plan is designed to enhance his professional and managerial skills, detailing specific goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

Zakir Ibrahimov reviewed the plan, offering his expertise and recommendations on management, leadership, and effective planning. He stressed the importance of accurately identifying development priorities, systematically pursuing goals, and continuously evaluating outcomes.

Further discussions during the meeting addressed key priorities for Khalilov's professional growth, particularly in refining his managerial skills.

The 'Yks?lis' competition, established by a Decree of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019, aims to identify and support leaders with high intellectual and management capabilities. It also seeks to establish a human resources bank in Azerbaijan. The Mentorship Program is a key component of the competition, aimed at developing the managerial skills of the winners and enhancing their practical experience.
