According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the conversation, both ministers expressed concerns regarding the recent military escalation in the region. They emphasized the significance of avoiding actions that might further escalate tensions. Minister Bayramov provided details to his Belarusian counterpart about drone attacks that occurred on March 5, targeting Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and attributed these attacks to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In addition to addressing the immediate concerns, the ministers also discussed other matters of mutual interest, highlighting the ongoing dialogue and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus on regional and international issues.
