Baku: Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys has expressed condemnation over the recent drone attacks on Azerbaijan during a phone conversation with Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the call took place on March 6, where Minister Bayramov informed Minister Budrys about the drone attacks carried out by Iran. He described these actions as serious violations of international law, emphasizing that they contribute to heightened tensions in the region.

Minister Budrys conveyed deep concern over the situation and reiterated Lithuania's solidarity with Azerbaijan. He highlighted the risks such actions pose to regional stability and the potential for further destabilization.

In addition to discussing the drone attacks, the two ministers exchanged views on other matters of mutual interest, strengthening the dialogue between their nations.
