Azerbaijani and Belarusian Prime Ministers Discuss Regional Stability and Cooperation

Baku: Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Alexander Turchin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, held a telephone conversation.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the officials emphasized the ongoing development of the Azerbaijan-Belarus partnership, which has been strengthened by the collaborative efforts of the Presidents of both nations. The conversation highlighted the partnership's expansion across multiple sectors.

The discussion also covered the current regional situation, with both Prime Ministers expressing concern over a recent incident in Nakhchivan. Prime Minister Asadov provided details regarding Iran's use of unmanned aerial vehicles in attacks on Azerbaijan, underscoring the regional security challenges faced by the country.

Additionally, the conversation touched on the future prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus, aiming to further solidify ties between the two countries.
