Baku: The implementation of the 'Azerbaijani Culture - 2040' concept will feature three stages covering the periods of 2026-2030, 2031-2035, and 2036-2040. The concept aims to preserve and promote Azerbaijani cultural values over the coming decades.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the focus of the concept will be on the Azerbaijani language, behavioral and knowledge culture, literature, art and cultural heritage, national and spiritual values, tolerance, individuality, and accessibility. These elements are deemed essential for maintaining the cultural fabric of Azerbaijan and ensuring that these values are passed on to future generations.
