Baku: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov highlighted the symbolic significance of the visit by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a joint press conference.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bayramov noted that Fidan's visit coincides with an important historical event between Azerbaijan and Trkiye. He recalled that 108 years ago, the Caucasian Islamic Army had liberated Baku from occupation, marking a significant day in the history of Azerbaijan-Trkiye brotherhood. Bayramov emphasized the importance of Fidan's visit in the context of this shared historical memory, reiterating its symbolic significance.
