Baku: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has conveyed its condolences to the victims of the recent floods in the Valencia region of Spain. This message of solidarity was shared on the X platform, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the Azerbaijani MFA expressed deep sorrow over the significant loss of life and extensive damage caused by the floods. The statement read, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of life and huge damage as a result of floods in Valencia region, Spain. We express sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Government of Spain over this natural disaster.”

The floods in the Valencia region resulted in the tragic loss of 51 lives, highlighting the severity of the natural disaster. The Azerbaijani government stands in support of Spain during this challenging time.
