Azerbaijani Music Night Resonates in Moscow

Moscow: Moscow hosted a concert program as part of the 'Chinar' project, featuring Azerbaijani musical compositions performed by pianist Oleg Davydov and cellist Ibrahim Naghiyev. The event showcased chamber performances of pieces by classical Azerbaijani composers such as Fikrat Amirov, Tofig Guliyev, and Emin Sabitoglu.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the 'Chinar' project is a cultural initiative aimed at promoting national musical heritage and symbolizing the unity of musical cultures. The concert highlighted the richness of Azerbaijani music and its contribution to the global cultural landscape.

Cellist Ibrahim Naghiyev, in an interview with AZERTAC, expressed his commitment to sharing Azerbaijani national music. He stated that he takes great pride in presenting the cultural heritage of the country to a wider audience, emphasizing the importance of fostering an appreciation for Azerbaijani compositions beyond national borders.
