Baku: Nine citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan were readmitted from the Federal Republic of Germany under the framework of the Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union on the readmission of persons residing without authorization. This readmission took place on February 19, 2026, as reported by the State Migration Service to APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Reintegration Working Group, which includes representatives from relevant state bodies coordinated by the State Migration Service, is actively working to address the challenges faced by these readmitted citizens. The group is focused on implementing measures to ensure the effective and sustainable socio-economic reintegration of these individuals into Azerbaijani society.
