Baku:President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter to President of the Republic of Iraq Nizar Amedi in celebration of Iraq's national holiday.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the letter expresses President Aliyev's warm congratulations to President Amedi and the people of Iraq. He conveyed his best wishes on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan.

In the letter, Aliyev expressed his hope for continued efforts to strengthen Azerbaijan-Iraq relations and to expand cooperation, reflecting the interests of both nations. He also wished President Amedi robust health, happiness, success, and peace and prosperity for the people of Iraq on this significant occasion.
