BAKU—President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has extended his congratulations to Kais Saied on the latter's re-election as President of Tunisia.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, in a letter addressed to President Saied, President Aliyev expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes.
