Ashgabat: Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, currently on a working visit to Ashgabat, met with Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedow. The meeting, as reported by the Cabinet of Ministers to APA, took place on May 22.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the talks, Ali Asadov conveyed greetings from Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, to President Berdimuhamedow. In response, Berdimuhamedow expressed his gratitude for the greetings and requested that his own greetings be sent back to President Aliyev.

The discussions highlighted the political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, which is based on mutual trust and is developing in a dynamic manner. Both leaders explored opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation across various areas.
