Azerbaijani FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev will control a match between Hapoel Beer Sheva (Israel) and Austria Wien (Austria), to be held within the 6th round of UEFA Europa Conference League group stage.
Masiyev will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov.
The match will be played in Israel on November 3.
