Riyadh: Azerbaijani swimmer Ramil Alizada secured a silver medal at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, touching the wall in the 200-metre butterfly event with a time of 2:01.16, APA reports. His podium finish brings the total medal haul for the Azerbaijan swimming team at the Games to three.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the silver adds to the earlier bronze medals claimed by Suleyman Ismayilzada in the 1,500m freestyle and the women’s 4x200m freestyle relay squad.
