RIGA: Azerbaijani table tennis players Onur Guluzade and Yaghmur Mammadli have emerged victorious in the Riga City Council’s Youth Cup tournament held in Latvia. Competing in the U13 category, the duo showcased their skills and determination, securing the top position in the prestigious event.
