Baku: Azerbaijan’s Baku State University (BSU) and China’s Tianshui Normal University (TNU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was inked by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and TNU Rector Wang Juying.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the document envisages the implementation of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, trainings, and joint scientific research. These initiatives aim to improve the teaching and learning processes at the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both universities, aligning them with international standards.

The MoU also covers joint publications in scientific journals, development of academic, curriculum, and syllabus programs, and holding training programs. Furthermore, it includes the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, graduate students, PhD students, and researchers.
