Baku: Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy, met with Serhat K¶ksal, President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), on the sidelines of the Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group.
