Baku: Azerbaijan's exports to Trkiye have reached nearly $2 billion in the first seven months of 2026, although they have experienced a slight decline compared to the previous year. In the period from January to July, Azerbaijan exported goods worth $1.949 billion to Trkiye, which marks a decrease of 3 percent, or $59.884 million, compared to the same timeframe last year.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, data from the State Customs Committee (SCC) reveals that during this reporting period, Azerbaijan imported goods valued at $1.331 billion from Trkiye. This also represents a decrease of 3.2 percent, or $44.113 million, compared to the same period last year.
The report further indicates that exports to Trkiye constituted 10.08 percent of Azerbaijan's total exports, while imports from Trkiye accounted for 13.47 percent of the country's total imports.
