Baku: Azerbaijani climber Vafa Musayeva successfully reached the Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the highest point of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, and raised the national flag. Vafa Musayeva was the only female athlete representing Azerbaijan on this climb. She received an official certificate confirming her ascent.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the climber plans to continue her expeditions as part of the Seven Summits project.
