Baku: Azerbaijan's National Depository Center (NDC) and Pakistan's Central Depository Company Limited (CDCPL) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in central depository operations and capital markets.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the MoU, signed on July 15, is designed to foster the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices between the two entities. The agreement outlines provisions for sharing information related to services, corporate governance, risk management, investor services, business operating models, technological solutions, depository functions, and internal operational practices. This collaboration is expected to bolster bilateral ties and promote mutual growth in the financial sectors of both countries.
