Shahdag: Azerbaijan’s Shahdag is set to be the venue for the Ski Mountaineering European Championship, the World Cup, and the final stage of the ‘Mogul’ World Cup. The State Tourism Agency organized a media tour at the Shahdag Tourism Center to mark the launch of the winter season.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the media tour aims to promote winter tourism in Azerbaijan and prepare the Shahdag Tourism Center for the upcoming winter season. The tour also seeks to familiarize guests with tourism products and inform the public about the progress and innovations made at the complex.

During the media tour, a video was screened highlighting the efforts of the ‘Shahdag’ Tourism Center for 2025. Media representatives were provided with information regarding the reconstruction and infrastructure works carried out in the complex.

Rustam Najafov, Chairman of the Shahdag Tourism Center CJSC, emphasized that the number of visitors between January 1 and December 15, 2025, exceeded 300,000.
