According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision to appoint General Ersay was published in Trkiye’s Official newspaper. This move was officially sanctioned by Trkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, highlighting the trust and confidence placed in General Ersay’s leadership capabilities.
It is noteworthy that Bakhtiyar Ersay also serves as an adviser to the Azerbaijani Minister of Defense.
