Baku: The 2nd Forum of Azerbaijani Judges, hosted in Baku, has featured the second panel discussion, highlighting the role of the court in the activities of administrative bodies.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the key speakers, including Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Rashad Mustafayev; Deputy Chief of the State Tax Service Samira Musayeva; Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee (SCC) Guloglan Muradli; and Chief Executive Officer of the State Cadastre and Register of Property Public Legal Entity Nigar Alimova, highlighted a significant rise in legal violations. They emphasized that the organizations they represent undertake necessary preventative measures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
