Baku: Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University, held a meeting with Rovshan Sadigbayli, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Austria and Slovenia, who also serves as the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna. The meeting focused on exploring potential collaborations between Baku State University (BSU) and universities in Austria and Slovenia.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussions covered various aspects of potential cooperation in the fields of higher education, scientific research, and academic exchange. The two sides considered the implementation of joint scientific and institutional projects with several international organizations based in Vienna.

The meeting also examined the establishment of inter-university partnerships and the possibility of enhancing BSU's representation on international scientific platforms.
