Baku:Ali Ahmadov, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), met with a delegation led by Jojo Ow, Executive Director for Debt Capital Markets at Standard Chartered Bank.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting included discussions on the macroeconomic environment, global financial market trends, and approaches to managing foreign exchange reserves. The dynamics of sovereign bond and money markets were also covered.

The discussions focused on promoting the integration of Azerbaijan's financial markets into the international financial system. They explored opportunities provided by Standard Chartered Bank's global network and potential cooperation between the organizations.

Both parties exchanged views on initiatives of mutual interest and the exchange of knowledge and experience.
