Baku: The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) is set to reveal its next decision regarding the interest rate on June 24. The announcement follows the bank's previous decision on May 6, where it opted to keep the interest rate unchanged at 6.5%.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the CBA maintained the lower bound of the interest rate corridor at 5.5% and the upper bound at 7.5% during its last decision. The upcoming decision will consider changes in the inflation forecast and the outcomes of macroeconomic analyses. Should there be a risk of deviation from the inflation target, the bank is prepared to implement necessary policy measures.
