Baku:Chinese Ambassador Lu Mei has congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the ambassador conveyed her congratulations to both the Azerbaijani state and its people during a briefing held today.

Lu Mei expressed her confidence in the strengthening of the existing friendly relations and comprehensive strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and China.
