Sea Breeze:The resort city of Sea Breeze and the CineMastercard cinema chain have finalized an agreement to establish the first CineMastercard multiplex within the Venetian Harbour complex at Sea Breeze. This new cinema will feature advanced technologies aimed at enhancing the moviegoing experience. The agreement was signed by Elbey Rzayev, Sea Breeze's Commercial Leasing Director, and Zaur Darabzadeh, CEO of CineMastercard.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the multiplex will be integrated into Marina Venetian Harbour, a waterfront extension of the Venetian Harbour retail and public complex, which is currently under construction near the Halfmoon Peninsula. This project is envisioned as a seaside mini-city, complete with international brand boutiques, restaurants, and leisure spaces. It will also include a two-level pedestrian network comprising streets, alleys, squares, courtyards, and terraces.

The Venetian Harbour spans a total leasable area of 24,430 square meters and is being developed from a design by architect Sergei Tchoban. A lighthouse tower will serve as one of the complex's key landmarks, surrounded by open public spaces, restaurants, and green areas.

CineMastercard, one of Azerbaijan's leading cinema chains, operates 11 cinemas in Baku and other cities across the country. Its state-of-the-art equipment enables audiences to view films simultaneously with their worldwide premieres.
