BAKU — Leonid Anfimov, a representative of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States, detailed extensive preparations for Azerbaijan's parliamentary elections aimed at ensuring transparency. The press conference highlighted the systematic efforts to uphold electoral integrity.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, approximately 40,000 staff received special training to effectively manage the elections. The observation mission confirmed that the elections were conducted openly and that all necessary measures had been implemented to guarantee transparency, as observed at the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan.
