BAKU — Monjoin Mohamed, a member of the Democratic Front of the Comoros, voiced strong criticism against France’s approach to the self-determination of the Comorian people during a conference in Baku.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mohamed highlighted the results of a referendum where 94% of Comorian voters supported independence. He accused France of using force to suppress this overwhelming desire for sovereignty, suggesting that such actions undermine the integrity and autonomous decision-making of the Comorian nation.
