Baku: Within the framework of the I State Program on the ‘Great Return,’ the construction and reconstruction of a number of Vocational Education Centers (VEC) in the liberated territories is planned,” Kanan Hasanli, Head of the Quality Control Department for Vocational Education, said at the ‘Vocational Education: Achievements and Challenges’ conference held today, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hasanli stated that in 2026, the construction of the Khankendi, Lachin, and Jabrayil State Vocational Education Centers is planned. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance vocational education in the region. Hasanli also mentioned that the Shusha State Vocational Education Center has undergone comprehensive renovation this year. Additionally, the construction of the Kalbajar State Vocational Education Center is currently in progress, while the design work for centers in Zangilan, Gubadli, and Aghdam is underway.
