The discussions focused on developing the economic partnership between the two nations, with a particular emphasis on areas such as trade, energy, industry, artificial intelligence, digitalization, critical minerals, and mining.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Jabbarov highlighted the importance of enhancing regional connectivity to stimulate economic growth. The discussions underscored the potential for collaboration to reinforce Azerbaijan's position as a strategic platform linking Europe, Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and the Middle East.
