Baku: Credit investments in the Azerbaijani economy have seen a significant increase, exceeding 20% as of February 1, 2025, with a total of AZN 29,325.3 million, APA-Economics reports citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the credit investments have risen by AZN 37.1 million compared to the start of the current year. This growth highlights a substantial year-on-year increase of 20.4%, equivalent to AZN 4 billion 962.8 million more than the previous year’s figure of AZN 24,362.5 million recorded on February 1, 2024.

The significant expansion in credit investments underscores a robust financial trajectory within Azerbaijan’s economy, reflecting an environment conducive to economic activities and investments.
