Baku: Future activities of civil society were the focus of discussions in the recent 'Peace Bridge' initiative, as highlighted by Farhad Mammadov, the initiative's coordinator and Director of the South Caucasus Research Center. Mammadov shared insights at a press conference, emphasizing the collaborative efforts of Azerbaijani and Armenian civil society experts.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting featured four discussion sessions, each playing a crucial role in the initiative's objectives. The first two sessions delved into geopolitical and political science topics, while the latter sessions concentrated on the future actions of civil societies. Mammadov emphasized the symbolic importance of the meeting, noting the successful passage through the delimited and demarcated section of the land border and the implementation of all border crossing procedures.
The 'Peace Bridge' initiative aims to foster dialogue and cooperation between the civil societies of the two nations, addressing critical issues and paving the way for future collaboration.
