Baku: The filming of the movie ‘Molla Nasreddin. The Friend of My Difficult Days’ has wrapped up in Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, as confirmed by the Azerbaijan Film Agency in response to an inquiry from APA. The project has now entered the post-production phase, with preliminary editing work currently underway.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, discussions are ongoing to organize additional filming in countries such as Turkey and Kazakhstan. This additional filming is anticipated to take place in the coming months. The film is scheduled for release at the beginning of next year.
The film’s director and screenwriter is Vagif Mustafayev, with Zaur Darabzade serving as the chief producer. Azer Guliyev is the producer, and Tofig Musayev is the executive producer.
