Baku: By the end of 2025, the total amount of public debt (external and internal) of the Republic of Azerbaijan is expected to reach 29 billion manats, or 22.2% of the projected GDP, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, it was noted that by the end of the medium term (2026-2029), the total public debt (external and internal) of the Republic of Azerbaijan is projected to reach 32.7 billion manats, which would constitute 20.1% of the forecasted GDP in 2029.
