Baku:First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva has extended her congratulations to People's Artist Farhad Khalilov on his 80th birthday.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the First Vice-President expressed her best wishes on social media, acknowledging Khalilov's significant contributions to the visual arts in Azerbaijan.

Farhad Khalilov, who is also the Chair of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, received praise for his dedication to art and his outstanding achievements in the field. Mehriban Aliyeva wished him robust health, a long life, and expressed gratitude for his many years of committed work in enriching Azerbaijan's artistic traditions.
