Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan is interested in expanding cooperation with international partners in the Caspian region, energy security, and mine clearance, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with Swiss Federal Councillor, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ignazio Cassis, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the minister emphasized that Azerbaijan places great importance on international collaboration in the areas of energy security, water resources management, modern technologies, and other sectors. Highlighting the humanitarian challenges faced by the country, he pointed out that mine clearance is a critical issue needing the practical support of international partners, including assistance from the OSCE within its mandate.
Jeyhun Bayramov also noted that Azerbaijan's regional projects and cooperation efforts in the Caspian basin present significant opportunities for fostering international partnerships. These initiatives are seen as vital to strengthening ties and enhancing collaborative efforts in various fields with global partners.
