Baku: On July 9, on the occasion of the Professional Holiday of the employees of the Diplomatic Service Bodies, the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor, APA reports. A wreath was laid at the grave, and the memory of the National Leader was honored with deep respect.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the delegation also paid respects at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist and scholar Zarifa Aliyeva. Flowers were laid on her grave, marking the significant contributions she made to her field.

The visit was part of a broader series of commemorative events conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to honor influential figures in the nation's history.
