Baku: All infrastructure projects in Garabagh and East Zangezur are being developed in alignment with the 'Green Energy Zone' concept, following a declaration by the President of Azerbaijan. The directive ensures that all buildings and infrastructure adhere to the green energy principles. In Zangilan's Aghali village, the implementation of an Archimedes turbine, solar panels, and heat pumps for electricity generation serves as an example of this initiative.
