TBILISI — A delegation from Georgia, led by Irakli Kadagishvili, Chairman of the Committee of the Georgian Parliament, observed the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan and provided a positive assessment of the process.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Georgian observers visited eight polling stations, where they found that the elections were conducted peacefully and in accordance with the law. "Voters expressed their will freely, and we did not observe any pressure or interference from outside," he stated, highlighting the effective organization of the electoral process and the close ties between Georgia and Azerbaijan that facilitated their participation as observers.
