KALBAJAR — President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan laid the foundation stone for a new administrative building in the city of Kalbajar on September 2, marking a significant development in the region’s administrative infrastructure, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the new site, encompassing over 2.4 hectares, is strategically located between Kalbajar’s public center and city park. The plan includes two modern administrative buildings aimed at enhancing the governmental functions and services in the city. Construction is set to commence in 2025, aligning with broader urban development plans for Kalbajar.
